About the Company We are conducting a confidential search for an experienced Sr. Program Manager within the manufacturing sector. About the Role The ideal candidate will have strong background in Program Management and verbal & written communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders. Responsibilities Guiding a team of cross-functional experts in the delivery of customer-focused products and services. Holding up development and implementation of a project, pricing, and program strategies. Continuing to deliver value to the business and its customers. Provide help, knowledge and expertise with contract negotiations as required. Oversee all interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of all adherences made relative a to product development timelines, delivery, quality and the required business metrics. Reviews program proposal or plan to resolve time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program. Be the key channel of communication for customers and act as escalation in the event of customer issues. In charge of customer´s satisfaction reviews and corrective actions. Maintain current and develop additional business with customers. Monitor and track that project and program deliverables are met. Be accountable for maintaining excellent customer relations with both new and existing customers. Holds up production sites for projects, costs and other customer related matters through business and expertise. Excellent communication skills and must be Fluent in English Qualifications Strong background in Program Management. Bachelor´s Degree in Administration, engineering or related. Master's degree in business administration or program management (desirable) Advanced experience as Program Manager Experience in electronics manufacturing industry Microsoft Project Advance English (mandatory) Required Skills Ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leaders. Communication and negotiation abilities Office (excel, Power Point) Oracle QAD or SAP Knowledge with technical manufacturing process Preferred Skills Experience in the manufacturing sector.
