Job Description

Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Resource Management, L&D, Education, or related areas (preferably within tech/software environments). Proven experience working within the IT industry (software development, technology services, or similar environments). Strong project coordination, communication, and organizational skills. Experience working with LMS platforms and e-learning tools (nice to have). Instructional design experience preferred. Comfortable working across time zones and multicultural teams. Detail-oriented, proactive, and collaborative. Passion for continuous learning and development. Fluent English (written and spoken). Strong technical aptitude. Key Skills: Stakeholder collaboration, project coordination, instructional design, facilitation, content development, curriculum design, assessment & evaluation, communication. Responsibilities Design, deliver, and evaluate virtual and in-person training programs. Develop and curate engaging learning content, materials, and assessments. Partner with delivery teams and SMEs to define learning objectives and success metrics. Coordinate training logistics, schedules, and L&D calendar activities. Track training participation and program effectiveness; prepare reports and insights. Leverage LMS platforms and digital tools to enhance learning experiences. Collaborate with global L&D teams to align learning initiatives with business needs. Provide insights on trainee performance to support continuous improvement initiatives. Contribute to special projects focused on organizational development and performance enhancement.
