Responsabilities Lead and coordinate production supervisors to daily meet the goals and objectives established by the company, enforcing the processes and procedures of our safety, quality and manufacturing systems. Verify the production results of your shift and validate that the day's information is complete with the department's KPIs to ensure compliance with the established production goal. Coordinate the necessary activities to guarantee successful line starts at the beginning of the week and at shift changes of the assigned production lines, involving the technical support departments. Essential Functions of Job: Provide the necessary resources to production supervisors under their responsibility, to ensure daily compliance with the production program, with the highest internal/external quality, at the lowest possible manufacturing cost. Leads the resolution of customer problems and complaints Follow up on countermeasures for compliance with MU and OEE. Lead and coordinate the personnel that make up the team of production supervisors under their responsibility, to solve problems such as: Rejections of external restraints. High scrap rate. Failure to comply with production schedules on a daily/weekly basis. Low efficiency of production lines. Inventory variation/loss. Not respecting processes and procedures established in our safety, quality, and manufacturing system. Disciplined use of safety, quality, and manufacturing systems by production personnel. Required Education Level • Completed Industrial Engineering or similar (Preferably) *Equivalent work experience may also be considered. Required Qualifications 3-5 years of experience as Production Leader (Preferred) 1 -3 year of experience in automotive work. 5 -7 years of experience as a Production Supervisor (Preferred) Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of problem-solving techniques (8Ds, 5Porques, Ishikawa, Kepner & Tregoe) (Preferred) Basic knowledge of IATF16949, Core Tools, (Preferred) Knowledge of information systems (Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point) (Preferred)
