This role drives strategic business development, manages market positioning, and ensures the sales team consistently meets targets and optimizes the mix of group and transient business. Key Responsibilities Lead all sales efforts to achieve budgeted revenue goals and KPIs Develop and execute sales strategies for group and transient demand Manage key accounts and drive new business opportunities Oversee marketing strategy and integrated campaigns Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly Negotiate contracts and maximize profitability Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to meet quotas Implement pipeline tracking and best-practice sales processes Present performance results to executive leadership regularly Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing or related field Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury hotel sales Proven success in a senior sales and marketing leadership role Strong commercial, financial, and strategic planning skills Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication abilities Compensation & Benefits Package: $10,000 USD/ month + Housing allowance, bonus, and incredible benefits
