Join us and be part of projects that shape the future of industry. About the Role We are looking for a Construction Site Manager to support a high-impact industrial project in Puebla, Mexico. In this role, you will lead on-site coordination within an active production environment, ensuring structured execution, contractor alignment, logistics control, safety compliance, and transparent reporting to steering committees. What You'll Actually Do Lead 24-hour site coordination across shifts and act as the main interface for all suppliers and trades. Conduct daily coordination meetings and manage centralized action tracking (measures, responsibilities, deadlines, escalations). Coordinate construction logistics including access routes, restricted areas, staging zones, and occupancy planning. Maintain the daily construction diary, ensuring accurate tracking of workforce levels by company, trade, and shift. Ensure compliance with safety measures, permits, and regulatory approvals. Provide structured status reports to project steering committees, highlighting risks, deviations, and mitigation plans. What We Are Looking For – Technical Skills Degree in Civil Engineering, Engineering, or Construction Management. 10+ years of industrial experience. 8+ years of construction management experience. Strong background in Factory Planning and Project Management. Advanced Spanish and English (spoken and written). Basic German (desirable).
