Functional & Professional Workday Functional Certification Qualifications Ability to continuously learn and adapt to new Workday features and releases. Strong capability to translate complex functional concepts into clear, client ready presentations and recommendations. Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables simultaneously.
