At Xylem , a leading global water technology company, we are looking for a Logistics & Trade Compliance Coordinator to support our import/export operations and ensure compliance with international trade regulations. This role plays an important part in coordinating international shipments, working closely with customs brokers and logistics providers, and supporting key foreign trade compliance programs. What you will do Coordinate daily import and export operations . Ensure compliance with Mexican customs regulations and international trade requirements . Work closely with customs brokers and freight forwarders to ensure timely shipment clearance. Manage and maintain foreign trade documentation . Support compliance programs such as IMMEX, PROSEC, and VAT certification . Maintain Annex 24 records and related reporting. Track and coordinate international shipments and logistics activities . Collaborate with cross-functional teams including purchasing, planning, warehouse, and production . What we are looking for Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business, or related field . 5+ years of experience in import/export operations and trade compliance. Strong knowledge of Mexican customs regulations . Experience with IMMEX, PROSEC, VAT certification, and Annex 24 . Experience coordinating international logistics operations . Conversational English . Preferred Experience working with SAP and OneSource . Why join Xylem?
