We seek a highly motivated Enterprise Sales Leader to generate and qualify leads, engage with consumers, and startups. small and medium enterprise (SME) owners and leaders, and book sales meetings that fuel our legal consulting services. You will be crucial to scaling our business by leveraging your expertise in lead-generation tools, email sequences, and AI-powered outreach software to drive conversions.This role requires working in the PST time zone and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth consulting environment.Advanced English proficiency (written and oral communication)ResponsibilitiesOverallDevelop and implement a comprehensive sales growth strategy.Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.Establish and refine sales processes for scalability and efficiency.Drive and achieve ambitious sales targets through data-driven strategies and dashboardsMaintain and build relationships with multiple executive stakeholdersExecute and coach consultative sales processes for transformative deals.Collaborate with internal teams to structure and close complex enterprise-level contracts.Drive team performance and provide coaching to achieve individual and team KPIs. Lead Generation & ProspectingIdentify and research potential clients (consumers, startups, business owners, CEOs, founders)Use Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales intelligence and engagement platforms for data scraping and targeted outreach.Craft and execute multi-touch email sequences and AI-powered outreach campaigns (e.g., Exceed.ai, Drift).Sales Outreach & EngagementConduct high-volume outbound calls and email follow-ups to book sales meetings.Engage, qualify, and nurture leads, ensuring a personalized approach for each prospect.Use email automation tools like Maildoso, SmartleadUnderstand client challenges andPipeline Management & ReportingMaintain accurate lead data, track engagement, and optimize outreach strategies using CRM tools.Analyze campaign performance and continuously refine messaging for higher conversion rates.Work closely with the marketing and consulting teams to align sales efforts with business goals.
