This is a direct position with Unity Communications, supporting the company's internal payroll and accounting operations rather than being assigned to a client account.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Mexican payroll systems such as IMSS, IDSE, and SUA, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams in both Spanish and English.Key Responsibilities- Manage payroll-related processes and ensure accuracy in payroll calculations. - Maintain and update employee records in IMSS, IDSE, and SUA platforms. - Process finiquitos, settlements, and payroll adjustments in compliance with Mexican labor regulations. - Support statutory compliance and reporting related to social security and payroll obligations. - Assist with financial reconciliations and administrative accounting tasks. - Coordinate with internal HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate employee payroll data. - Support audits and internal reporting related to payroll and accounting processes.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - Proven experience managing payroll processes in Mexico. - Hands-on experience with IMSS, IDSE, and SUA platforms. - Experience with finiquitos and Mexican payroll compliance. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.What We Offer- Hybrid work model (2 days onsite in Guadalajara). - 10 vacation days available before the first year of employment. - HMO medical insurance for the employee and up to two dependents. - Paid sickness days and emergency leave. - Aguinaldo that increases by 2 days every year until reaching 30 days. - Opportunity to grow and develop your career within a global organization.How to ApplyIf you are interested in this opportunity, please apply through LinkedIn or send your resume to:AlejandraC@
