Negotiate with Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, ensuring Just-In-Time deliveries. Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001 standards. Coordinate with engineering, quality, and logistics departments to resolve issues. Implement cost-saving strategies, continuous improvement initiatives, and supplier localization efforts.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Trade, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in automotive purchasing, including 3 years in a supervisory role.Required SkillsProficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred). Knowledge of trade agreements (USMCA) and customs processes. Advanced English is essential (interaction with global suppliers).Preferred SkillsExperience in supplier relationship management.
