Job Description Responsible for mitigating financial and underwriting issues for the Companys customers, carriers and employees.Requirements Specialized knowledge: Investigations Insurance - Fraud Prevention; English: Advanced; Computer Knowledge: Proficient use of Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Experience: Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both orally and in writing; Thorough knowledge of auto insurance policies, procedures, and practices including related industry and regulatory issues; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Complex Problem solving - identifying complex problems and reviewing related information to develop and evaluate options; Initiative - willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges; Dependability - reliable, responsible, dependable, and fulfilling obligation.Job ResponsibilitiesDeep knowledge of property and casualty insurance policies.Identify risk and suggest solutions to help mitigate losses.Perform audits on sales employees and/or offices.Respond to tips received via Loss Prevention Hotline.Plan, organize, and document investigative findings in a case report that is clear, concise, and provides conclusions based on facts.Provide regular updates, analysis, and recommended enhancements to increase business performance while remaining compliant with regulatory experience.Participate in special projects, prepare charts, graphs, and metrics to support the department.Assist with the development, implementation, and training of fraud detection/prevention systems.Assist in overseeing the offices surveillance system and retrieve footage as needed.Develop positive work relationships with state and federal law enforcement agencies.BenefitsPrivate Health Insurance.Life Insurance.Saving Funds and Voluntary Savings Account.Profit Sharing (PTU).Vacation Days.Christmas bonus.Vacation premium.RequerimientosEducación mínima: Educación superior - Licenciatura años de experiencia.Palabras clave: especialista#J-18808-Ljbffr
