What You’ll Be Doing Take full responsibility for day-to-day kiln, hydrate and shipping operations Implement safety-first leadership while meeting production and quality KPIs Develop and mentor local teams, bringing your pyro-process expertise to the forefront Work closely with senior management on strategy, budgeting, and future capital projects What You’ll Bring 6+ years’ experience in a pyro-process facility (lime, cement, or related minerals) Full English proficiency Leadership experience in industrial or heavy manufacturing environments Willingness and readiness to permanently relocate to the US Strong communication and team development skills Who This Suits You’re a Mexico-based plant or operations leader with a strong background in pyro-processing and a long-term ambition to relocate to the US.
