Accounts Receivable (AR) Supervisor Location: CDMX - 3 days onsite 2 Home office Seniority: Supervisor Industry : Marketing (Shared Services) We are seeking an experienced AR Supervisor to lead one of our client's Accounts Receivable operations, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong client communication. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor the AR team. Oversee invoicing, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations. Act as the main contact for client payment inquiries. Support month-end close, reporting, and audits. Improve AR processes and ensure compliance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Business. 6 years in AR, including 2 in a supervisory role. Strong AR process knowledge and ERP experience (NetSuite preferred). Advanced Excel and excellent communication skills. Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. English fluency. Employment conditions Salary range from 35,000 - 40,000 MXN gross monthly (directly hired by the company's legal entity in Mexico).
