Our client is looking for a Software Engineer who will guide the evolution and delivery of next generation of content creation and optimization tools. Your work will have a direct impact on how content gets onboarded from studios to how they are delivered to the various customer facing apps both on the web and mobile platforms across all our brands and editorial campaigns. WHAT YOU GET TO DO Producing well designed and testable code using industry best practices Leading the planning, forecasting and execution efforts for new project deliverables. Ensuring quality and availability of software systems by applying best practices for monitoring and alerting best practices. Mentoring and supporting junior engineers on their journey to level-up. Cross collaborating with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment of team objectives and offerings. WHAT YOU BRING Experience with Java, Kubernetes, PHP. 5 years experience building and deploying software systems in cloud-based technologies (AWS - EC2, S3, Lambda, Redis, Elasticsearch). 1 year of experience in AEM cloud customization. 5 years of web development experience using front-end frameworks (Node.JS, AngularJS, React). TypeScript - Familiarity (Nice to have). Hands on AWS (EC2, Redis, DynamoDB). Must be able to work for a US based company without requiring visa sponsorship. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Monthly pay range is 40,000 – 50,000 MXN peso based on shift, experience and qualifications, as well as geographical market and business considerations.
