The Production Supervisor manages resources by planning, organizing, and executing work in assigned areas to manufacture products according to established safety and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate production to achieve established goals. Participate in the development of plans for the personnel under their supervision. Maintain control over production, inventory, and shipments to the warehouse. Provide training and instruction to personnel at all levels as required. Ensure an accident-free environment in your work area through risk reduction actions. Execute assigned improvement projects in the P3 on time and according to specifications. Ensure your personnel follow the quality system and the processes and criteria established by the IPM, EVCs, and PFMEA. Coordinate with support departments the services needed for your area. Communicate and interact with different levels of the organization. Coordinate personnel to maintain the cleanliness of their work areas. Follow up on audit findings related to your area. Interact with clients, suppliers, and visitors. Lead and coordinate Tier 2 operations meetings. Use the 8D methodology to solve problems in the areas or products under your responsibility.RequirementsBachelor's degree completed/Graduated (Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering) Strategic planning and development, Kanban system, knowledge of the IATF-16949 quality standard and the ISO 14001 environmental standard.
