Develop and manage production plans aligned with customer requirements. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure sales objectives and on-time delivery commitments are achieved. Key Responsibilities Develop 4-week production plans aligned with customer demand. Monitor sales order shipments to prevent late deliveries. Track and report production plan progress and on-time delivery performance. Prepare and present Capacity vs. Demand and Waterfall reports. Manage order pull-ins and push-outs in coordination with CSR team. Provide delivery commitments for late or at-risk orders. Monitor demand trends and identify unauthorized changes within lead time using Capacity vs. Demand and Waterfall tools. Identify material shortages and assess impact on sales, production plans, and customer shipments. Prepare 4-week visibility forecasts of overdue orders. Coordinate urgent order exceptions and special requests. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Quality to resolve production, material, or process issues and propose solutions. Communicate projected late shipments to CSR, Area Manager, and Planning Manager. Partner with Purchasing to ensure adequate inventory levels. Coordinate with Receiving and Shipping to ensure alignment with production plans and customer requirements. Work closely with Customer Service to ensure sales orders are accurately created in the system and prevent shipment delays. Job Profile Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Advanced English (90%). Experience in inventory management and material planning. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Experience working with Oracle (ERP). Strong prioritization skills. Decision-making ability. Team-oriented mindset.
