Were looking for talented individuals to join our team!- Location: Colonia Del Valle, CDMX- Work Type: Work from HomeWhat Youll Do:- Provide outstanding customer support over the phone.- Handle inbound calls, assisting customers with inquiries on orders, billing, returns, and more.- Develop expertise in The Home Depots products, services, and policies.- Communicate effectively and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.What Were Looking For:- English Proficiency: C1 level required.- Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Customer Service Representative.- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.- Skills: Sharp, proactive, and self-motivated with a friendly and professional attitude.- Legal Requirements: Mexican ID, School Diploma (or equivalent)What We Offer:- Salary: $14,000 MXN/month- WFH Bonus: $1,000 MXN/month- Performance Bonus: $2,000 MXN/month (after operations)- Paid Training: Up to 5 weeks (Monday-Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM, TBC)- Law Benefits- Career Growth & an Amazing Work Environment!
