Job Title

The Junior Sales and Market Analyst supports the commercial team by providing market analysis, performance monitoring, pricing support, and billing validation to enable informed decision-making and revenue optimization within the electricity market. The role also supports key commercial operations, including PPA invoice review, payment coordination, SAP processing, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and other internal teams, offering strong exposure to energy markets and commercial strategy. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of the company energy sales strategy through market and performance analysis. Monitor MDA Day Ahead Market and MTR Real Time Market prices, volumes, and trends, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports. Assist in the analysis of energy sales contract performance and identify improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain pricing models, forecasts, and dashboards to support commercial decisions. Support the preparation of commercial proposals, PPAs, presentations, and internal reports. Track market trends, regulatory changes, and competitive dynamics, preparing analytical summaries and insights. Review PPA invoices and validate billing calculations to ensure accuracy and consistency with contractual terms. Support the processing of payments to CFE and third parties, including preparation of supporting documentation and follow up of approval workflows. Support the follow up of payment processes with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and compliance. Coordinate with the Finance team on system liquidations, guarantees, invoicing, and operational data. Provide analytical support to Finance and M and A teams, particularly related to revenues, costs, and commercial risks. Support lenders reporting requirements, including financial covenants and compliance tracking. Support the preparation and coordination of RFP processes, including data compilation, bid comparison, and internal follow up. Maintain accurate records and documentation of commercial, market, billing, and payment data. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field. Preferred – Relevant certifications in energy markets, data analysis, finance.
