Your Contribution: Monitor and manage daily customs and import/export operations, ensuring timelines and legal requirements are met.Develop KPIs to monitor performance, ensure alignment with company targets, and implement corrective actions when needed.Oversee the operation and compliance of trade programs and certifications, including but not limited to:IMMEX, PROSEC, REGLA OCTAVA, CIVA, OEA, CTPAT.Design and implement the department’s strategic plan, aligned with business objectives.Ensure compliance with all applicable trade, customs, and fiscal regulations, both domestic and international.Participate government audits (SAT, Ministry of Economy, Customs, .Identify operational and compliance risks, and develop mitigation plans accordingly. Your Experience & Qualifications: Advanced English (80% +, fluent in speaking, reading, and writing).5+ years of proven experience in a similar managerial role within foreign trade or customs compliance. (Automotive Industry or similar)is a must.Strong knowledge of Mexican trade and customs law, international treaties, and government trade incentive programs.Demonstrated experience in managing government audits and regulatory inspectionsis a must.Strong analytical and organizational skills with a strategic and problem-solving mindset.Proven experience in project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.Availability to travel.
