Quality EngineerWhat you’ll do: Ensure the zero defect philosophy by supporting production processes, planning for defect prevention, maintaining discipline in quality systems and standards, cell documentation, analysis and resolution of problems and process changes that affect product quality. Supports the AMG Leader, Quality Process Supervisor and Quality Manager to meet customer requirements and is responsible for acting immediately as part of multidisciplinary teams to address customer complaints and internal problems.Ensure that corrective actions meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation meets Autoliv and customer requirements.Develop, modify, implement and maintain quality standards and protocols for processing materials into sub-assemblies or finished products. Collaborate with other engineering and manufacturing areas to ensure that quality standards exist and are maintained.Design and implement methods and procedures to inspect, test and evaluate the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.
