Jr. Lawyer-Automotive Company We are looking for a Jr. Lawyer to support day‑to‑day legal activities across sales, aftersales, dealer operations, and corporate functions. This is a great opportunity for a legal professional to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, multinational environment, working closely with senior legal staff and business teams. Position Objective Provide legal and compliance support to the sales and aftersales operation by assisting with contract drafting, document review, regulatory follow‑up, and general legal analysis under the guidance of senior legal management. Key Responsibilities Contract Support & Legal Documentation Draft, review, and update commercial contracts under supervision (dealer cooperation agreements, sales agreements, aftersales service contracts, marketing agreements, logistics/procurement contracts). Support contract organization, version control, signature flows, and document accuracy. Maintain legal templates, trackers, and internal databases. Regulatory & Compliance Assistance Assist in labor and employment compliance tasks (employment contracts, handbook updates, policy drafting, training materials). Support the preparation and monitoring of permits, licenses, and legal documentation required for automotive importation, distribution, and aftersales operations. Help monitor compliance with consumer protection, advertising, and warranty‑related rules. Operational Legal Support Conduct legal research and prepare memos for internal clients. Provide initial analysis of risks and escalate issues appropriately. Support Sales, Aftersales, HR, Finance, Quality, and Marketing with day‑to‑day legal questions. Dispute & Case Coordination Assist in the handling of customer complaints, dealer inquiries, and warranty‑related disputes. Prepare supporting documents for external counsel in litigation, arbitration, or administrative processes. Track case deadlines, notifications, and required filings. HQ & Cross‑Functional Collaboration Assist in coordination with HQ Legal teams for contract approvals, reporting, compliance alignment, and policy adoption. Ensure timely communication and proper documentation flow across departments. Qualifications & Requirements Education Bachelor’s degree in Law (completed). Experience 1–3 years of experience in corporate law, commercial contracts, regulatory compliance, or in‑house legal support. Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, distribution, or consumer‑facing industries is a plus. Technical Knowledge Basic knowledge of contract drafting and commercial law. Familiarity with regulatory compliance, corporate documentation, labor obligations, or warranty/consumer protection topics. Experience with document management tools or ERP/legal systems is a plus. Languages English: Advanced (required for reading contracts and communicating with HQ). Skills & Competencies Detail‑oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy. Clear communicator with the ability to summarize legal concepts simply. Strong analytical and research skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
