Job Title

Location Pacific-Mexico Will be responsible for: Coordination of shipments of Raw Material, Finished Goods, and Equipment between San Diego, Mexico, and Texas. This role is responsible for all documentation needed to complete imports and exports related to inbound and outbound shipments for Vapotherm’s Plant in Tijuana, VapoMex.import pediments Export Compliance processes. This role will create and maintain all reports and transactions for Rule 8, Scrap, Freight, and Viant Epicor Transactions inventory movement, and process the respective transactions in the ERP system and coordinate with TACNA shelter services. Manage relationships with shipping partners and agents (freight forwarders, freight companies, etc.) The role collaborates with leadership and stakeholders to develop VapoMex freight cost and import/export cost metrics. Communicate with Customer Service and Purchasing Leade Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field. Fluency in English – both written and verbal 5+ years of experience i n the medical device or life sciences logistics and distribution, and/or Military Import/export compliance Logistics Experience. Experience negotiating freight contracts and spot rates Knowledge of common PC applications (Microsoft Office, etc.), program development, and maintenance experience. Environment with knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and FDA regulations. #J-18808-Ljbffr
