Job Summary The Head of Security is responsible for ensuring that all operations are conducted in a safe, secure, and compliant manner. This role oversees incident management, coordinates external security personnel, and maintains direct communication with senior management and external authorities when required. Key Responsibilities Ensure that all operational activities are carried out safely and in accordance with established procedures. Manage, resolve, and report any incidents to senior leadership and executive management. Maintain direct communication with law enforcement authorities when necessary. Handle and manage situations that may arise both inside and outside the facilities. Lead and coordinate contracted external security personnel. Maintain direct and ongoing communication with General Management. Required Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and crisis management skills. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure. High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Strong understanding of security protocols and risk management. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience in security management, preferably in regulated or operational environments. Experience working with external security providers and authorities.
