Experience calculation / PTU, Aguinaldo, Teleworking, severance and settlements. Responsible to ensure all salaries, deductions, and other payroll components are correct and complete Overseeing each payroll run (ordinary, extraordinary as PTU, Aguinaldo, Teleworking, severance and settlements). Reporting regularly to management (SLA and KPI’s) Analyzing the payroll function for possible improvements Control and reconciliation payroll system vs GL, tax base Responsible for implementing process needed to further digitize payroll system. Strong knowledge of social contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT) platforms, calculations, and labor and tax compliance as: Confrontas on SUA vs IDSE, Knowledge of ICSOE, SISUB, Advanced English. ERP payroll management desirable (SAP, Oracle). Advanced Excel Improvement of process, strengthen controls Very good knowledge on Payroll process and labor and tax legislation applicable.
