Role Summary Prototypes Production Technician MECANICO AJUSTADOR Carry out corrective and predictive maintenance activities of a technical nature to keep the operation of Gestamp's machinery and equipment in optimal conditions, as well as analyze and solve problems. Key Responsibilities Carry out the check list at the beginning of the shift They must complete their assigned activities during the shift, otherwise availability to complete them. Availability to work weekends. Technical support to other areas and/or processes. Meet department goals (DT, MTTR, MTBF) Intervene in the resolution of breakdowns that occur in existing production lines at Gestamp, (corrective maintenance). Perform planned preventive and predictive maintenance. It will contribute its experience and knowledge in repetitive breakdowns and/or improvements in the lines. Will participate together with production in the start‑up of the new manufacturing series. Make daily logs of the most relevant aspects during the shift. Support the training of operators. Support the training of new staff, explaining the operation, maintenance, and main failures of the equipment. Work with the development of the continuous improvement program for the optimization of processes. Report any anomaly found under the maintenance and interventions carried out.
