Success in this multi-faceted role will require the ability to work independently, take ownership of responsibilities, and meet tight deadlines.Responsibilities- Coordinate and manage travel reservations for employees. - Monitor and manage office needs, including purchases, services, supplies, and miscellaneous items. - Ensure timely processing of travel and expense invoices for multiple users. - Support invoicing and collections activities. - Perform basic accounting tasks such as accounts payable invoice registration and bank reconciliations. - Assist with banking procedures and government-related processes. - Provide administrative and ad hoc support around the office as needed.Qualifications- Fluent in English and Spanish, as the role also supports teams in the USA and Canada. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. - Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. - Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities. - Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.We Offer- Hybrid work model with mandatory on-site attendance three times per week. - Legal and superior employee benefits. - Competitive salary. - Flexible and friendly work environment.
