You will be expected tosource top-tier candidates , conductrigorous validation , and drive hiring excellence using aKPI-driven approach .Key Responsibilities Full-Cycle Recruitment Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers Use hiring platforms such asLinkedIn, Indeed, BambooHR , and internal databases Partner with hiring managers to define job scope, KPIs, and scorecards Build structured interview guides and track results in recruitment dashboards Resume & Interview Validation Detecttitle inflation, missing KPIs, and exaggerated experience Cross-reference past employment withpublic dataandAI tools Require post-interviewwritten recapsfor candidate organization and clarity checks Administerskills and behavioral assessmentsusingTestGorilla or TalentLMS Hiring Strategy & Quality Control Ensure candidate fit throughstructured evaluation and scorecards Maintain hiring pipeline metrics viaGoogle Sheets or Looker Studio Advise onpre-employment testing , soft-skill evaluation, and onboarding readiness Ensure hiring compliance withU.S. (California) legal and HR standardsMinimum Qualifications 5+ yearsof experience in recruiting, preferably across legal or operational roles Fluent inEnglish (spoken and written)andSpanish Hands-on experience withATS systems (e.g., BambooHR)andsourcing tools Strong analytical skills inresume vetting ,interview evaluation , andtalent scoring Deep understanding ofstructured interviewsand performance-based selectionPreferred Qualifications Experience hiring forU.S.-based legal or professional services roles Familiarity withCalifornia labor laws and performance expectations Experience in conductingbehavioral interviewsand managingpre-hire assessments Proficiency with tools likeChatGPT, Google Workspace, and TestGorilla
