We’re looking for a IT Help Desk Trainee to join a growing IT team and provide first-level technical support to employees . In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience troubleshooting devices, supporting business applications, and working with modern enterprise tools. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a strong foundation in IT support. What you'll be doing • Provide first-level IT support through a ticketing system • Troubleshoot software, access, and device issues • Support laptops, iPhones, iPads, and business applications • Assist with software installations and access requests • Provide remote troubleshooting support to end users • Help with device setup and employee onboarding support • Document solutions and escalate complex issues when needed What we’re looking for • Interest in starting a career in IT Support / Help Desk • Basic knowledge of IT troubleshooting or technical support • Familiarity with Windows, Office 365, or mobile devices • Strong communication and customer service skills • Organized and detail-oriented mindset • English level B2 or higher ⭐ Nice to have • Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar) • Exposure to mobile device management tools like Intune • Basic experience supporting iOS devices • Certifications such as CompTIA A Why this role? • Great entry point into the IT industry • Opportunity to work with modern enterprise tools • Learn from an experienced and collaborative IT team • Build real-world technical troubleshooting experience
