As we continue to expand across industries and borders, we’re looking for a Recruiter with international vision , someone who can navigate both the Mexican and U.S. talent markets and attract diverse profiles in a fast-changing environment. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT roles . Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and local networks. Partner with hiring managers and support international hiring requirements. Stay up to date with labor market trends in MX and US. Screen candidates for technical fit, English communication, and work eligibility. Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and ensure timely communication. Maintain accurate data in ATS and internal trackers. Requirements 4 years of experience recruiting IT profiles. Previous experience recruiting for U.S. roles. Strong understanding of U.S. tax terms. Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily communication with candidates and clients. Experience with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Dice, Monster, and ATS systems. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet urgent deadlines. Highly organized, resourceful, and self-motivated. Nice to Have Prior experience in staffing agencies or U.S.-based consulting firms. Familiarity with recruiting beyond IT (financial, health, automotive, retail, etc.).
