Job Title

We are seeking an Automotive Engineer to support the administration and follow-up of engineering changes in automotive projects, particularly those related to electrical systems and wire harnesses. The person in this role will support the technical management of engineering changes, documentation review, and tracking of modification requests, as well as the technical evaluation of proposals and quotations related to wire harness changes, ensuring they meet project and customer requirements. Note: This position requires previous knowledge or experience with automotive wire harness systems in order to technically evaluate engineering changes and quotations related to these systems. Main Responsibilities Support the administration and tracking of technical changes in automotive design projects. Prepare and update engineering change requests, temporary permits, and related documentation. Prepare progress reports and presentations for internal teams and clients. Assist in the technical evaluation of proposals and quotations related to automotive wire harness changes. Follow up on customer and FEV Group requirements. Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to ensure project objectives are met. Participate in project meetings and support the preparation of required technical documentation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automotive Design, or a related field. Experience or knowledge in automotive wire harness design or development – required. Previous experience in the automotive industry (internships or professional experience). Intermediate to advanced English. Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented profile.
