Profile/Skills: (Please note: only updated CVs submitted in English will be taken into consideration) Bachelor's degree in a field such as Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,. Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar role. Familiar with ISO9001; Knowledge in IATF16949 is preferred. Procurement Software: Experience with procurement software, such as SAP, Oracle, or Coupa. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams English is required , Chinese is a plus Main Responsibilities: Develop effective partnerships with global, regional and country stakeholders to plan for future requirements and develop proactive supply chain strategies. Work closely with the regional and country program teams to prioritize initiatives to improve operational capabilities and effectiveness. Identify regional and country Supply Chain strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) though market analysis, operational assessments, regional procurement and contracting capacity. Provide regional support and resources to global supply chain platform. Participate as an advisory member of the project development team, providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials. Monitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identify and qualify new suppliers in collaboration with other departments. Develop metrics to measure Supply Chain efficiency and drive for constant improvement for both department and individuals. Plan and allocate localized resources in region to optimize operating efficiency. Review organization structures and staffing levels to ensure effectiveness and cost efficiency and identify capacity building opportunities to promote training and other developmental activities. Experienced in setting up process work flow, forecast and strategic demand planning. Oversee factory supply chain operation, guide factory team to perform procurement, logistics & warehouse functions effectively.
