This role is critical to ensuring compliant, accurate, and timely payroll execution while serving as a key partner to HR, Finance, IT, and external vendors.We offer:Career Development Competitive Compensation and Benefits Pay Transparency Global Opportunities Learn More Here : Tasks and Qualifications:This Is What You Will Do in This Role: Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for Mexico, including weekly and bi-weekly cycles, off-cycle payrolls, and final settlements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness for three legal entities Ensure full compliance with Mexican labor and statutory regulations, includingLFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, AFORE, ISR, and CFDI nómina Validate and manage payroll inputs such as employee data, time records, bonuses, deductions, benefits, vacation, and aguinaldo Lead and develop the payroll team, assigning workloads, ensuring coverage, and providing training and guidance Act as the primary point of contact for payroll escalations, resolving complex discrepancies and employee inquiries Generate payroll reports and respond to government requirements (SAT, IMSS), audits, and internal controls Partner closely with Finance to validate payroll entries, reconcile accounts, and support month-end and year-end close activities Drive process improvement initiatives focused on standardization, automation, and documentation, in collaboration with the U.S. Director of Payroll Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, IT, Finance) and third-party vendors (Tress, UKG WFM) to ensure seamless payroll operations What We Are Looking For: Strong expertise inMexican payroll, labor law, and social security regulations Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll processes, includingCFDI timbrado , tax calculations, and statutory benefits Hands-on experience with payroll and HR systems such asSAP, Workday, Tress, UKG WFM , or similar platforms Experience leading or supervising a payroll team Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex payroll discrepancies Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and customer service mindset Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism Effective communication skills inSpanish and English (required) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field preferred
