OverviewAt Joffroy Partners, we’re looking for a Marketing & Growth Associate to support the visibility and growth of our architecture and interior design studio. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys marketing, design, and the creative industry. The role focuses on supporting the studio’s digital presence and helping prepare materials that support new business opportunities. You will work closely with the leadership team and gain exposure to both marketing and business development within the architecture industry. Job detailsRole: Marketing & Growth Associate (Architecture Studio) Location: Hybrid – San Pedro Garza García, NL Employment: Full-time Salary: MXN $16,000/month English preferred What you’ll doSocial Media & ContentAssist in managing the studio’s social media presence Help plan and schedule content showcasing our projects and design work Coordinate with the team to gather material for posts (images, project information)Marketing MaterialsSupport the preparation of presentations and marketing materials Assist in creating simple visual assets for social media and proposals Help maintain consistency in the studio’s branding and communicationsBusiness Development SupportResearch potential clients, developers, or collaborators Assist with the preparation of proposals and presentations Help organize and track opportunities or leadsWhat we’re looking forDegree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or related field 0–2 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or design Interest in architecture, interior design, or creative industries Basic skills in tools such as Canva, Adobe, or Figma Organized and proactive mindset Strong written communication skills English preferred.
