The Sales Associate will be responsible for proactively engaging with clients, maintaining professional relationships, identifying customer needs, and offering tailored solutions. The role also involves managing sales transactions, keeping accurate customer records, and assisting with resolving client inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to improve the sales process and meet targets is also expected. Qualifications Client engagement and relationship management skills, including strong interpersonal and communication abilities Proficiency in analyzing customer needs, problem-solving, and delivering personalized solutions Experience in managing sales transactions, maintaining records, and using sales-related software Basic proficiency with computer systems and tools, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment Fluency in both English and Spanish is highly preferred High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is advantageous
