Provide customer service by answering calls, preparing quotations, following up on opportunities, and closing deals. Provide direct support to the Regional Sales Managers in the ongoing development of existing and prospective SSAB customers to ensure the department meets its growth targets in accordance with applicable laws and company policies. Maintain and manage customer accounts in Mexico. Responsibilities: Handle Customer calls and support customer needs. Prepare quotations according to pricing guidelines and follow up on opportunities. Manage customer orders throughout the entire process, from quotation to invoicing. Perform daily lead prospecting and qualification in the CRM SF system. Work closely with Regional Sales Managers, Finance, Supply Chain, and Import & Export teams on a daily basis. Process administrative tasks using SAP B1. Monitor customer accounts within the scope of SSAB company policies and procedures. Required: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. English language proficiency. Strong communication skills, including the ability to write proposals and build strong interpersonal relationships. Team-oriented mindset. Desirable: Steel industry experience. Ability to work independently and adapt quickly. Knowledge of SAP / Sales Force. Master degree.
