Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering 3–5 years of experience in process engineering or manufacturing roles Experience managing CAPEX projects and process validation Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and data analysis software English proficiency required Familiarity with Emerson Delta V system (preferred) Experience in Greenfield plant start-up and commissioning Knowledge of polymerization or adhesive process operations Familiarity with ISO, OSHA, GMP, or OEA/CTPAT standards Experience in multinational manufacturing environments Certification in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Black/Green Belt methodologies Experience in Process Safety Management (PSM), HAZOP, or FMEA techniques Primary Responsibilities Participate in construction and equipment installation phases of a Greenfield plant Lead commissioning, validation, and start-up of production lines and systems Develop process qualification and readiness plans with engineering and EHS teams Implement manufacturing documentation (SOPs, process sheets, HMI parameters) Ensure process capability and stability through data analysis and feedback Monitor and improve production processes for safety, quality, and efficiency Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions Optimize raw material usage and batch parameters to reduce costs Lead process safety and cost optimization projects Manage engineering changes and capacity expansion initiatives Coordinate Management of Change (MOC) meetings and documentation Lead or support CAPEX projects, including scope, budgeting, and execution Track project milestones and report progress to leadership Apply Lean and Six Sigma principles to eliminate waste and improve productivity Monitor process KPIs and support digital performance tracking Ensure compliance with EHS, ISO, and internal standards Participate in risk assessments, audits, and documentation reviews Support external audits and implement corrective actions as needed Benefits Salary $30k - $45k gross monthly Law Benefits 100% Onsite: Piedras Negras, Coahuila (Lib.
