Job Description

Assist customers via phone and email with product inquiries, selection, and usage. Guide customers in locating authorized retailers and service providers near their location. Process and support warranty claims, including determining eligibility for unit replacement or warranty buyouts. Register products and assist customers with rebate submissions. Provide technical support for Wi‑Fi connectivity and related issues. Accurately enter and process replacement unit orders for warranty cases beyond repair. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding customer-related issues. Support and train new agents when requested. Ensure high levels of responsiveness and customer satisfaction. Perform additional duties as assigned.Requirements: Advanced English proficiency, as 98% of customer interactions are conducted in English. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or call center environments. High School Diploma or equivalent. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Experience with 8x8 Virtual Contact Center is a plus. Preferred Skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Critical thinking and effective problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, especially during peak seasons or high-volume situations.
