Job Title

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with SAP (MM / WM / EWM) and a proven track record managing complex warehouse operations, material receiving, storage, production line supply, and inventory management within high-volume manufacturing environments. This role will be responsible for optimizing the end-to-end material flow, from inbound receiving to point-of-use in production, while ensuring high levels of inventory accuracy, traceability, operational efficiency, and logistics KPI performance. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of material supply strategies to support high-volume production schedules. Manage warehouse operations including receiving, storage, kitting, line feeding, and shipping activities. Drive effective utilization of SAP systems to manage inventory transactions, material tracking, and warehouse processes. Ensure strong performance in key logistics metrics such as Inventory Accuracy, OTIF, DOH, Material Availability, and Line Support. Collaborate closely with planning, procurement, production, engineering, and logistics teams to maintain operational continuity. Implement improvements in warehouse layout, material flow processes, inventory optimization, and obsolescence reduction. Lead and develop teams including warehouse supervisors, material planners, and logistics personnel. Ensure compliance with inventory control procedures, internal audits, and material traceability standards. Candidate Profile Solid experience in Material Management within Contract Manufacturing, EMS, or complex manufacturing environments. Advanced knowledge of SAP (MM, WM, or EWM modules) for materials and inventory management. Strong experience managing large-scale warehouse and internal logistics operations. Knowledge of MRP, inventory control strategies, Kanban systems, line-side replenishment, and material planning processes. Proven leadership experience managing cross-functional supply chain teams. Strong analytical mindset with focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.
