As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Vida Vacations memberships to prospective clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include engaging with potential clients, presenting the benefits of memberships, addressing any questions or concerns, and guiding customers through the enrollment process. You will also work closely with the sales team to meet goals and contribute to the ongoing success of the organization.QualificationsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members. Excellent customer service abilities and a customer-focused mindset to build positive relationships with prospective members. Proven sales experience, particularly in hospitality, luxury services, or a related industry. Knowledge of or experience in related industries such as insurance or travel services is a plus. Willingness to participate in training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Goal-driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and enthusiasm for achieving results. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is highly advantageous. High school diploma or equivalent; a background in sales or hospitality is preferred.
