You'll build and nurture a community of users and fans around Sero Labs, close strategic partnerships that multiply our reach, and manage our public presence through media outreach and product launches. This is a wide role that requires someone who can prioritize ruthlessly and switch between writing a cold partnership email and moderating a Discord thread in the same hour.What You'll DoBuild and manage the Sero Labs community (Discord, forums, or platform of choice)Grow and engage the community through events, AMAs, exclusive content, and feedback loopsOwn newsletter strategy and execution (growth, content, and engagement)Identify and close strategic partnerships: co-marketing, integrations, and distribution dealsManage PR and media outreach (with agency support when needed)Plan and execute product launches on Product Hunt, Reddit, Hacker News, and similar platformsRepresent Sero Labs at events, podcasts, and speaking opportunitiesTrack community health metrics, partnership pipeline, and PR coverageWhat We're Looking For2–5 years in community management, partnerships, business development, or a hybrid roleExperience building and growing an online community from early stageStrong cold outreach skills — you can write emails that get repliesTrack record of closing partnerships or co-marketing dealsExperience launching products on Product Hunt or similar platformsExcellent English writing and communication (required for international outreach)Organized and self-directed — this role is wide, and you manage your own priorities.Nice to HaveExperience with Discord community managementBackground in tech or startup ecosystemPR or media relations experienceNewsletter growth experience (Beehiiv, Substack, ConvertKit)Existing network in the tech/startup communityEvent planning or conference speaking experience.What We OfferCompetitive salary for the Mexican marketHigh-autonomy, results-driven culture — no micromanagementDirect impact on company growth from day oneWork alongside a fast-moving founding teamRemote-friendly (Mexico-based)Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the team scalesApply directly on LinkedIn or send your resume and a brief note on why you're the right fit.
