NO.: KWC99/26)Post: Senior Foreman | Rank: Senior ForemanLocation: North Lantau Hospital, Hospital Authority Supporting Services Centre (HASSC) - LaundryPay: HK$32,140 - HK$37,590 (HGPS Point 12 - 15) per month including Monthly AllowanceEnd-of-contract gratuity (up to 15% of total basic salary, after Mandatory Provident Fund deduction by Hospital Authority) may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.Application Deadline: 27 March 2026 | Date of Issue: 13 March 2026Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to Laundry Manager and Assistant Laundry Manager, assist in day-to-day staff management, production management and control of laundry service to achieve safe, efficient and effective operations.Monitor the laundry services including daily laundry operation, production planning, quality control, equipment maintenance, coordination with customers and various service providers, staff training and staff performance supervision.Implement and supervise laundry services in compliance with relevant guidelines and legislative requirements including occupational safety and health, infection control and environmental management.Implement and supervise SMART laundry operation including application of AI & RFID technology, robotics and Laundry & Linen Management System. Support Laundry & Linen Management System in Central Laundry.Entry RequirementsServing staff with a minimum of 2 years’ experience at Foreman level and knowledge in laundry operations;OR (a) Pass in 5 subjects including English Language (Syllabus A or B), at Grade E in the HKCEE or equivalent; OR (b) 5 subjects in the HKDSE attaining the level specified below: Level 1 in English Language; Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/"Attained" in Applied Learning subjects (subject to a maximum of 2 subjects under this category) / Grade E in Other Language subjects; or equivalent.AND (c) 4 years' post-qualification experience, 2 years of which at supervisory level.Good communication and interpersonal skills, mature personality and experience in supervising staff.Preferred Attributes / ExposureAn ordinary Certificate in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering / Quality Management or equivalent will be an advantage.Relevant working experience in health care laundry will be an advantage.Supervisory experience in leading a team of workers in operation will be preferred.Experience in compiling work reports and knowledge in computer usage will be an asset.Energetic with self initiative and a team player.Good supervisory skill with problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision.Please submit application online on or before27 March 2026 .
