Work summary Responsible for the production plan arrangement and production site management, prevent or solve the abnormal situation in the production process. Responsible for collect & analyze production data to improve production efficiency and reduce cost Responsible for discover and improve potential safety hazard Responsible for daily management ,guidance, training and evaluation of subordinates. Main tasks and responsibilities Responsible for the main objectives and plans in its functional area, making, participating in or assisting the upper level in implementing relevant policies and systems; Prepare daily/weekly/monthly production plan and production operation plan, and carry out production scheduling, management production method process and control; Responsible for ensure stability of product process and consistency of product documentation Implement & confirm product schedule availability. Responsible for collect & analyze production data, work with other departments to improve production efficiency and reduce cost. Setup the production relevant documents( 5S, skill matrix, shift production plan, etc) Responsible for managing scrap, hourly production rate to standard, efficiency, downtime and overtime. Responsible for developing the leadership skills of the Group Leaders through coaching, training, motivating and counseling. Assess & improve operator performance Responsible for meeting Operational Excellence goals and achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction. Coordinates production activities with support functions such as maintenance, materials, manufacturing engineering, quality, safety etc. Organize the formulation, modification, inspection, supervision, control and implementation of production, equipment, safety inspection, environmental protection, production statistics and other management systems; Responsible for the analysis and solution of potential safety hazards in the production site, and constantly improve the safety operation procedures of each post. Undertake the management responsibilities required by the company’s relevant KOS documents and the IATF16949/ISO45001/ISO14001/AEO (Customs: Certified Operator) standards, ensure the effective operation of the KOS documents, and continue to improve the relevant procedures and procedures in the KOS documents within the department Its application. Complete other tasks assigned by the manager. Qualification Education： Bachelor and above degree, major in electrical, industrial and mechanical is preferred. Work experience： ─ More than 5 years of experience in Automotive multinational or JV company. Knowledge： Good written and oral communication skills in English Excellent communication ,interpersonal skills and team work. Good knowledge of IATF 16949 standard Good knowledge MS OFFICE,etc. Team management experience
