Overview You’ll be the front line of growth—prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals in construction and real estate tech—while supporting key operational workflows that keep our team lean and fast. This hybrid role blends aggressive outreach with precision admin execution. Core Responsibilities Prospecting & Sales Enablement • Build prospect lists via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Dodge • Qualify inbound/outbound leads and schedule meetings (8/month target) • Execute cold outreach: 200 calls + 800 emails per week • Present ROI-driven solutions and close deals with construction/real estate partners • Maintain CRM hygiene in Hubspot (leads, accounts, pipeline) • Collaborate with product, marketing, and engineering to solve prospect needs Admin & Ops Support • Upload and reconcile receipts in Brex; follow up with the team for compliance • Track vendor payments (legal, accounting, tech partners) • Support monthly reporting with the CEO (QuickBooks, spreadsheets) • Issue insurance certificates and track renewals Requirements • 1–3 years in BDR, sales ops, or hybrid growth roles • Strong communication in English & Spanish • Experience with Hubspot, QuickBooks, Brex, Rippling (or similar tools) • Comfortable with spreadsheets, CRM workflows, and vendor coordination • SaaS, hardware, or construction tech experience is a plus What we offer Competitive salary Major Medical Health Insurance. 12 PTO in the first year Opportunity for advancement & growth in a rapidly expanding team.
