About the Role We are seeking a Distribution Center Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of ARAMSA Alimentos’ CEDIS in Lagos de Moreno. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations including inventory management, cold chain compliance, order fulfillment, and distribution of food products while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities • Oversee daily operations of the distribution center • Ensure proper inventory management and product rotation (FIFO / FEFO) • Maintain cold chain compliance and storage conditions • Monitor inventory levels and reduce waste or product loss • Coordinate inbound deliveries and supplier management • Optimize order preparation and distribution processes • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitary regulations • Lead and develop the warehouse and logistics team • Implement operational KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives Requirements • 5+ years of experience in warehouse or distribution center operations • Experience managing perishable or food products • Strong leadership and operational management skills • Knowledge of inventory management and logistics processes • Experience with ERP or WMS systems preferred
