As a Continuous Improvement Intern , you will support manufacturing operations through lean initiatives, process optimization, digital transformation, and data-driven improvements. You will collaborate with engineering, production, and ROX teams to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and support ongoing kaizen activities. This is an excellent opportunity for students interested in continuous improvement, digital tools, systems development, and operational excellence within a manufacturing environment. You will report to a ROX Team Lead. Your Responsibilities: Support ROX activities including Lean foundations, 5S, gemba walks, kaizen projects, and short kaizen programs. Develop Power BI dashboards to support ROX and Lean initiatives. Support implementation of improvements resulting from kaizen events. Develop macros or small applications to enable digital transformation. Participate in the design and optimization of production layouts. Create visual aids, work instructions, and standard operating procedures. Provide direct support to manufacturing engineers. Assist in general production activities such as assembly, wiring, and tooling. Organize production routes and production orders. Conduct tests and inspections to verify product quality. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the plant. The Essentials - You Will Have: Currently pursuing a degree in: Systems Engineering, Computer Science / Informatics (Lic. or Eng.) or Software Engineering Related fields: Mechatronics, Electronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Engineering At least 1 year remaining before graduation. Intermediate English proficiency. Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) .
