Job Description What you’ll do… Support the Executive Chef in leading all kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality, timing and presentation standards across every F&B outlet. Supervise daily mise en place, production and service across all kitchen sections, maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, food safety and HACCP compliance. Lead, motivate and develop the kitchen brigade; manage scheduling, onboarding and performance in coordination with the Executive Chef and People & Culture. What we are looking for: Minimum 4 years of experience as Sous Chef or equivalent in a quality-driven hotel or restaurant environment. Pre-opening experience is a plus. Formal culinary training (culinary school degree or equivalent). Certifications in food safety and HACCP are highly valued. Strong leadership and team management skills; calm under pressure, positive energy and excellent communication at all levels. Solid command of kitchen operations: cost control, purchasing, recipe standardisation, menu development and yield management. Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
