We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to support our legal team in managing pre-litigation and litigation personal injury cases. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple cases in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities Assist attorneys with personal injury cases from intake through settlement or litigation Draft legal documents including demand letters, pleadings, discovery responses, and case summaries Order and review medical records, bills, police reports, and insurance documentation Communicate with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters Maintain case files and ensure all documentation is organized and up to date Track deadlines and assist with case management and litigation preparation Support attorneys with settlement packages and negotiations Qualifications Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written) 2+ years of experience as a paralegal in Personal Injury law Strong understanding of pre-litigation and litigation processes Experience drafting demand packages and legal documents Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Preferred Experience working with U.S. personal injury law firms Familiarity with medical record review and insurance claims
