You will add value by identifying the best cost/quality/responsiveness suppliers, localizing sourcing when possible, and ensuring procurement efficiency to keep plant operations running smoothly.**Why You’ll Love Working Here:*** **Innovative Environment**: Work on cutting-edge technologies and innovative projects that push the boundaries of what’s possible.* **Professional Growth**: Opportunities for continuous learning and professional development through training programs and workshops.* **Collaborative Culture**: A supportive and collaborative work environment where teamwork and knowledge sharing are encouraged.* **Competitive Compensation**: Attractive salary packages and comprehensive benefits that reward your hard work and dedication.* **Global Presence**: Be part of a global company with diverse teams and the opportunity to work on international projects.**What You’ll Be Doing:**• Understand user requirements, clarify SOW/LOR, source suppliers, analyze quotes, negotiate prices/terms, and recommend optimal supplier selections aligned with TCO targets. • Manage complex projects such as construction, tooling, and locally purchased fixed assets. • Prepare POs following Indirect Expenditure SOPs and ensure full compliance in documentation and approvals. • Track PO fulfillment and inventory receipts through ERP systems. • Identify and execute continuous improvement opportunities (cost savings, process improvements). • Prepare monthly expense reports, cost‑savings reports, and overdue PO reports. • Provide support to other regions and assist in benchmarking activities. • Educate users on SOP compliance and manage expectations effectively. • Mentor buyers and provide support as needed.**What We’re Looking For:**• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial/Civil Engineering, or related field. • 1–3 years of experience in Indirect, MRO, or Purchasing functions. • Ability to read engineering drawings; quick and adaptive learner. • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and stakeholder‑management skills. • Deep commercial understanding of cost drivers, market behaviors, and category strategies. • Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet timelines under pressure. • Knowledge of contract terms, tax implications, regulatory requirements, and logistics. • Proficiency with Office tools and project management methodologies.**Bonus Points If You Have:**• Experience managing global suppliers or cross‑regional procurement. • Experience in ERP purchasing workflows and PR‑to‑PO cycles. • Background in Lean purchasing or continuous improvement methodologies.**How to Apply:**Apply online at ** – We can’t wait to meet you!***Come join our global, inclusive & diverse team***Our purpose is to improve the quality of life of everyone we touch through our innovative motion systems.
