Our platform processes millions of transactions monthly, serving big brand clients. We’re expanding our Mexico City team to support our clients and scale our operations using AI and automation. RoleCRiskCo is looking for aMarketing Technical Specialistwho works at the intersection ofmarketing, automation, AI, and data . This role is designed for someone who can bothunderstand marketing strategy and build the technical systems that support it . You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to design and implement AI-powered workflows that improve lead generation, outreach, and customer engagement. You will use tools such asClaude Code, APIs, SQL, and modern automation platformsto identify opportunities, automate processes, and build internal tools that help the team move faster. This is a hands-on role for someone who canthink like a marketer and build like an engineer . What You’ll DoDesign and implementAI-powered marketing and sales automationsusing tools such as Claude Code and modern automation platforms. Work with the sales and marketing teams totranslate messaging, campaigns, and outreach strategies into automated systems . Build tools and workflows that supportlead generation, outreach campaigns, meeting scheduling, and prospect engagement . Identify opportunities toautomate repetitive workflows across marketing, sales, and client operations . Use data and analytics to help improvecampaign performance, targeting, and conversion to meetings . Support technical integrations and troubleshooting related toAPIs, CRM systems, and client onboarding processes . Monitor system performance and continuously improve internal workflows. Document the automations, tools, and processes you build so the team can scale them. Who You AreYou have atechnical mindsetwith experience working with APIs, SaaS platforms, or databases. You are comfortable withSQL and working with structured data . You also have astrong understanding of marketing workflows , messaging, and customer engagement. You communicate clearly and can collaborate withboth technical teams and marketing teams . You enjoy buildingautomation systems and AI agents that solve real business problems . Experience withClaude Code, Make, n8n, Zapier, Bubble, or similar automation platformsis highly valuable. You are curious, independent, and comfortable experimenting withnew AI tools and technologies . BSc inComputer Science, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field .
