Review and interpret interaction analytics related to TL engagement and take appropriate actions. Stay abreast of the latest scientific research on the therapeutic area and competitors. Gather and synthesize relevant scientific, clinical, and real-world data from external engagements and the healthcare landscape; analyze and interpret this information to identify trends, unmet needs, and opportunities to inform evidence generation plans and drive cross-functional alignment. Foster strong partnerships across MSL territories and act as a trusted advisor and conductor to shape and synergize for win-win outcomes. Identify TLs/HCPs, clinical investigators to engage and maintain a dynamic, up-to-date list with segmentations as per global definitions to create value and enable scientific exchange as a long-term partner in advancing oncology care. Generate TL insights on unmet medical needs and document and communicate them to cross-functional teams to inform tactics and strategy. Collaborate within accountable teams among chapter medical, oncology squad and customer teams. Implement TL/HCP engagement strategies by understanding Thought Leaders, fostering TL/HCP relationships, and disseminating customer/patient-centric insights and data through digital and physical channels. Provide scientific contributions to development and implementation of Bayer-organized national, regional, and local medical educational programs; gather competitive intelligence, build networks, and create new material to engage TLs. Facilitate evidence generation aligned with medical and product squad strategy, including investigator-initiated research; facilitate development of medical publications. Support the clinical trial team on subjects related to interventional clinical trials; document and process medical information queries in alignment with MI handling procedures. Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations (local and global) in all medical activities. Who You AreMedical degree or Advanced degree in Medicine. 1+ years in the pharmaceutical industry (Medical affairs). Demonstrated expertise in drug information communication. English proficiency at least 80%. Excellent project management ability. Excellent oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Regulatory knowledge is required. Ability to critically evaluate clinical papers. Ability to work in a team environment and build productive work relationships. Desirable experience in clinical research.
